| Code | English Name | Page Type | Study Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
[2001] | Account Freeze | Special account operation | Place amount or direction control. |
[2002] | Account Release / Unfreeze | Special account operation | Release an existing freeze. |
[2003] | Account Freeze Renewal | Special account operation | Extend an existing freeze. |
[2001] Account Freeze

This page places a freeze or stop-pay control on an account or sub-account. The control may affect available balance, transaction direction, withdrawal, closure, or later legal debit.
Reading focus: customer account, sub-account, freeze type, freeze reason code, frozen amount, effective date, expiration date, memo, and authorization.
Risk controls: freeze basis must be clear. Freeze type and reason code must match. Amount freeze requires checking ledger balance and available balance.
[2002] Account Release / Unfreeze

This page releases an existing freeze. It should trace back to the original freeze record and confirm that release is allowed.
Reading focus: original freeze record, customer account, sub-account, frozen amount, frozen balance, release amount, release reason, and operator/authorizer.
Risk controls: releasing the wrong freeze restores fund availability incorrectly. Legal, AML, pledge, or collateral-related freezes require policy and evidence before release.
[2003] Account Freeze Renewal

This page extends an existing freeze. It is used when the business basis remains valid beyond the original expiration date.
Reading focus: original freeze record, current expiration date, new expiration date, frozen balance, renewal reason, and authorization.
Risk controls: missing renewal may release funds too early. Incorrect renewal may over-control customer funds.
